Are all Katz Furniture products available in stores?

We are constantly rearranging and updating our showroom to bring you the newest products.  Most items are available for viewing in person.

Shipping
What locations do you ship to?

We ship to most areas in NJ, NY, PA, Baltimore and surrounding areas. Want to ship somewhere else? Give us a call at 732 370 5788 or Chat below

How soon do in-stock products ship?

Usually within a week in Lakewood and surrounding areas. Out of state orders may be longer.

How soon do custom products ship?

That will depend on the product. Anywhere from 4-20 weeks

Will you assemble my furniture upon delivery?

We assemble all the furniture we deliver.

If I order several pieces, will they be delivered at the same time?

We always like for all items to be delivered together, however if most items are available or you're moving sooner,  we will do 2 deliveries so you don't need to wait. 

What should I do to prepare for my delivery?

Be sure the room is clear, and cover any floors you want to protect.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?

Once Furniture is out of its box, it's not returnable.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase.

What should I do if I think my product is defective?

What warranties do you offer?

All Furniture comes in a 365 day warranty against manufacturer defects. We also offer a 5-year protection plan against damages that occur from customers' use or abuse such as ink marks, stains, cuts, broken mechanism frames and more. Ask us for more information. 

Payment & Financing
How can I pay for my order?

A 50% deposit is required upon order and the remaining balance is due on delivery. We accept all Credit Cards, Zelle, cash and check

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer up to 12 months of interest free financing. subject to approval by Synchrony Bank

What packages or discounts do you offer to Kallahs?

Katz Furniture is proud to be the #1 Kallah choice for all local and out-of-town Kallahs. We bring 20+ years of expertise to the table. We source from all around the world to offer our Kallahs  the best selection at the best price! We offer a 10% discount in honor of the couple furnishing their new home. *$2000 minimum purchase required. *Some exceptions may apply.

How long does it take to get my Kallah furniture Delivered?

Great Question! It will depend on what items you selected. It can be anywhere from 1-16 weeks.  We advise you to choose your furniture as soon as possible and we will hold it until your apartment is ready.

Cleaning and maintenance
How can I protect my wood furniture from scratches?

Wood furniture should be covered with custom glass. Contact a local glass company for this. In Lakewood we recommend Dream House Glass (732) 318-5152 or American Glass and Windows (732) 994-3105

How should I clean glass furniture?

Glass can be cleaned with windex

How should I clean my leather or vinyl sofas and chairs?

Use diluted dishwashing soap with a warm rag to wipe clean all leather and vinyl surfaces. Avoid all chemicals and leather cleansers as those tend to weaken the leather/vinyl fibers. 

How can I remove ink marks from my leather or vinyl furniture?

There is no safe at home method to remove ink stains from leather/vinyl.  Although there are many ideas available on the internet, none of them are guaranteed not to damage the leather or vinyl. We recommend purchasing our 5 year warranty to protect you from these kinds of damages.

Can i add a 5- protection plan at a later date?

The 5 year plan is only available for purchase prior to delivery of your furniture. It can not be added at a later date.

How should I clean my fabric furniture?

Every fabric piece of furniture has a cleaning code in the tags of the fabric. Check your fabric before attempting to clean it. Can't find the cleaning code? Reach out to our customer service team customerservice@katzfurniturenj.com
